One branded company store
What is PeopleCredits?
PeopleCredits lets a company create a branded store, fund it with credit, and give employees a reward they choose for themselves — products, gift cards, experiences or company merchandise — instead of receiving a fixed gift.
Who decides what employees can buy?
HR controls the catalogue available in the store, the budget per occasion, and who receives credit. Employees choose only from what HR has made eligible.
Does unused credit expire?
That is set per allocation. HR can leave a batch of credit open-ended or attach an expiry date, depending on the occasion.
Which countries is PeopleCredits available in?
PeopleCredits currently supports Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana and the United Kingdom, each with its own local currency and catalogue. See the Coverage page for details.
How quickly can we get started?
Creating a branded store takes a few minutes: add your logo, pick a brand colour, choose a catalogue, and you're ready to add people and send credit.
Can we run more than one occasion at a time?
Yes. The store is permanent — you can send a birthday allocation to one employee and a company-wide Christmas allocation to everyone else without setting anything up twice.
Is there a minimum company size?
No. PeopleCredits works for a single recipient, a department, or an entire company, and scales the same way regardless of size.
What happens as our team grows?
Larger teams can add enterprise capabilities such as single sign-on, HRIS integration, multiple administrators and invoiced funding. See the Enterprise page.
